My colleague came back from japan the other day (lucky dude, got a family holiday to japan) and he brought back some awesomely cool and delicious japanese cookies. the cookies are names white lovers and apparently it is one of japan’s more well-known cookies. shiroi koibito. the taste was awesome. really creamy and tasty but not sweet. its really light and crumbles in your mouth. if you ever have a chance to try this awesome biscuit. you should. here’s a couple of pictures of it
